Terms of use
Last updated 2026-08-25
These terms cover this website. They do not cover work we do for clients. That is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read this site, quote from it with attribution, and contact us using the details on it. You may not use it to send us unsolicited commercial email, harvest contact details from it for a mailing list, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or copy it wholesale and present it as your own.
What is on the site
We describe services we offer and how we do the work. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of a result, or professional advice. Scope, price and commitments exist only in a signed engagement agreement.
We keep this site accurate and we update it when things change. We do not promise it is complete or current at any given moment.
Our content
The text, structure and design of this site belong to Anaphora, except where something is credited to someone else. Our business name and logo are ours.
We do not display any client's name, logo, marks or materials on this site. Where we work under another company's brand, we do that in materials that company has approved for that purpose, and not here.
Links
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for it.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We make no warranties about it, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement, to the extent the law allows us to disclaim them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Anaphora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did.
