Business development for B2B companies that have an offer and no pipeline.
is an independent business development firm in San Diego. We work out which accounts are worth contacting, contact them properly, and hand you the conversations with the research attached.
Most outbound fails for one of two reasons. Either the list is wrong, so the message never had a chance, or the list is fine and the sending is careless, so the message never arrived. We treat both as the same problem: knowing enough about an account to have a reason to write to it, and running the sending so that what you write gets delivered.
What we do
Account research and prospect briefs
A researched brief on every account worth contacting, with the source behind each field.
ICP definition and market mapping
Agreement on who is worth contacting, before anyone sends anything.
Outbound campaigns
Email and direct message sequences, run on infrastructure kept separate from your own.
Pipeline development and handoff
We work the replies and hand over a conversation with the research attached.
Who this is for
- B2B companies with an offer that already closes when it reaches the right person.
- Roughly $2M to $50M in revenue, where there is a real sales motion but no reliable way to fill the top of it.
- Professional services, agencies and B2B service businesses selling considered purchases.
- Teams that would rather have forty researched accounts than four thousand scraped rows.
Who it is not for
Saying this up front saves everyone a call. We are probably wrong for you if any of these describe what you need.
- Consumer or high volume transactional sales.
- Anyone who wants a purchased list sent as-is. We will not do it, and it is the fastest way to burn a domain.
- Anyone who needs cold calling. We do not make outbound sales calls.
- Anyone who needs pipeline this week. Research and warmup take a few weeks before the first send.
How we work
- We agree on the target before anyone sends anything.
- A written profile of the accounts worth your time, and a real count of how many exist. If the number is too small to matter, we would rather find that out in week one than in month three.
- Every field in a brief has a source.
- A title, a trigger event and a revenue band are only useful if you can see where they came from. Ours are cited and dated. When an estimate is an estimate, we say so and we tell you the method.
- Your domain is never the sending domain.
- Outbound runs on separate domains we set up and warm for the purpose. A deliverability problem stays in a place where it cannot reach the email your business actually runs on.
- Compliance is part of the work, not a disclaimer.
- Suppression lists, honored opt-outs, a documented record for each campaign, and an exclusion list so we never contact a company you are already working with.
